Use of the website and service

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration, checkout, and profile setup.
• You may not use INQRS for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes, including misuse of card identifiers, impersonation, or spam.

Products, pricing, and plans

• INQRS offers free digital profiles, a one-time Premium software unlock (LKR 4,700), team seats arranged via WhatsApp / invoice, and NFC accessories (one free with Premium; extras sold separately). Product details and prices are shown on our website and may change without prior notice. Premium is not sold as a recurring subscription.
• We strive to keep descriptions and pricing accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is always complete or error-free.
• Promotions or discounts, if offered, are valid for a limited time and may include additional conditions.

Orders and payments

• Placing an order or paying for Premium / an NFC accessory is an offer to purchase the selected product (one-time software unlock or physical accessory).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing or information errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge the total amount due, including applicable taxes and delivery fees where relevant.
• Online card payments are processed by trusted third-party providers such as PayHere. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Shipping and delivery

Physical NFC cards ship within Sri Lanka after payment confirmation. Digital Premium unlocks activate online and do not require shipping. Full details: Shipping & delivery.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Content and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of the profile content you upload. You grant INQRS permission to host and display that content so your digital ID and card links can work.
• Website text, branding, logos, design, and platform software are owned by INQRS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, INQRS, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, profiles, or products.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every product description is perfect at all times.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, misuse card activation, or engage in abusive or unlawful behaviour. You may stop using the service at any time; paid plan cancellations follow the rules in our Refund Policy.

Amendments

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of INQRS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
